All returns, other than for faulty goods or goods received damaged, will be at the Company’s discretion. Prior to returning any goods to the Company for any reason, the Customer must contact the Company directly on 01254 824992, to discuss the reason for the return and obtain a ‘returns authorisation number’. Postage/Return will be at the expense of the Customer unless the goods are received damaged (See ‘Non-Delivery, Loss or Damage’). For hygiene reasons food packaging must not be opened. All goods are returned at the Customer’s risk and should be undamaged and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for providing proof of delivery of such return.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If a customer cancels an order with the Company prior to delivery of the goods, the customer will be liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation. If goods are modified or made expressly to a Customers requirements cancellation can only be accepted on the understanding that the Customer indemnifies the Company for any costs or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation, including any additional costs of converting the goods to standard specification.
